Man it seems like there isn't enough time in the day. I have work, school, and home it's hard juggling them all. I glad at this poing I have  no kids. I've been slack on workouts..... How can I get it all in on the same day?

I get up at 4, go to bed at 11. I do have 2 kids, a 50 hour a week job & classes 2 nights a week. I spend Sunday's cooking and meal planning for the week. I love my life.
Crazy busy, and full of joy. This is not a schedule I could have kept up with presurgery. I do sleep until at least 8 on Sundays.

It is tough, good luck.

I'm often up until 2 or 3am, getting up at 4 is not an option....I've me an organizer to try to track how my time is spent and what could I change.

I can tell you that I feel for you - and I am glad I am now out of school.  What I do is to put the gym between work and getting home from work.  If I don't do it right after work I won't ever get to the gym or work out.  I had to focus on most important stuff.  At night I get gym bag ready and a lunch bag so I don't have to do it before work cuts time.  Then morning at 3am is off to work (load bags in car), work then change at work and hit gym, then I drive home to take care of my family... cooking dinner, running errands, shopping etc.  so you could do homework at that time and then before bed get bag ready again... You just have to try different things to find what works for your scedule good luck :)  You can do it.

SORRY YOU HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME FITTING IN YOUR WORK OUT. YOU CAN BREAK YOUR WORK OUT INTO  2 OR 3  FIFTEEN MINUTES  EXERCISE SESSION. I KNOW HOW DEMANING SCHOOL AND WORK CAN BE. SO LETS SEE WHAT TIME DO YOU GET UP,MAYBE  A EARLY  RUN. CLIMB THE STAIRS, AT WORK AND SCHOOL. AT LUNCH TIME IS THERE A GYM NEAR BY,AND RIGHT BEFORE YOU CRASH AT NIGHT A JOG IN PARK THEN TUCK YOURSELF IN. I HOPE SOME OF MY SUGGESTTIONS HELP. GOOD LUCK ,YOU COME A LONG WAY. HANG IN THERE.
