You are a very courageous lady. I have great admiration for you. Not only for what you've accomplished but also for keepin' it real in such a personal way.

I've discovered that in order to improve something in our body / life we must first expose our weakness / shortcoming. It's challenging enough exposing those to ourselves much less the entire world. Kudos to you for sharing that.
