4 Month Surgiversary!
It is four months today since I had my sleeve - and I still love my sleeve! I have lost 83 lbs since January, 64 lbs since surgery. I know some lose faster, and some lose slower, but I'm very please with my results! My surgeon wants me to be at least 100 lbs down by December - and I feel positive that I can do that, plus a little more! (Can't wait to join the century club!!!)
My exercises of choice are walking and doing the recumbent bike. I am not perfect, but my "cheats" are very reasonable - for example last weekend at my bro's house his wife made an apple crisp with ice cream. I hadn't had desert since surgery so treated myself. My treat was a total of 1 tsp of apple crisp and ice cream. It was delicious, and it was enough! (can you imagine, 1 tsp being enough pre-surgery, I can't!)
I also am treating myself better - taking time for me, doing my nails, getting more rest. I am really making life changes, and I know that I won't only succeed in losing the weight and reaching goal, but also and in keeping it off for the rest of my life!
On a non-WLS note - I am also happy because I recently received a promotion at work! So it really feels like everything in life is going in a positive direction! Hope you all are having an equally great experience!

Way to rock your sleeve. You are doing an amazing job. Also, congrats on the promotion. I agree with you totally that it feels like life is moving in a positive direction since surgery. Can't wait to see your picture updates.
