4 month surgiversary

Yesterday was my 4 month surgiversary! I am doing really well and have lost 62 pounds. I eat 600-800 calories per day, keeping carbs less than 40 and protein greater than 60 (usually more). I drink 64 or more oz per day. The only area I want to improve is exercise. I walk most days and play volleyball once per week and have also added zumba once per week. But I want to increase my intensity so I may replace the walking with something else, like elliptical or workout tapes. Or maybe keep the walking and add in those other things. In any event, here are some measurements.

Preop Now
Neck 15.75 14.5
Chest 44 38.25
Waist 46 37
Hips 48 43
Thigh 29 24
Bicep 15 13
Calf 18 16.25
Ankle 9.75 9.25
Wrist 7.5 6.75

My journey had one hiccup and that was a c diff infection. I had to be treated 4 times for it. I have been off antibiotics for 2 weeks now so I pray to God it is gone for good. If you will, please say a prayer for me.

Other than that, I LOVE my sleeve. If you are considering it, my suggestion is to do it! I am very happy with my decision! I have 29 pounds to my surgeon's goal and 39 to my goal.

WooooHoooo!!!! You go girlie! Congrats on your weight loss. You are doing awesome!

I really need to increase me exercise also. I just feel so tired. I think I need to have some blood work done.

Good luck and keep working that sleeve. You will reach goal before you know it!
