Finally!!!!

 Goodmorning OH, I love this group!!!!  Today is the first day that I have actually seen a loss, yay me!!! I was upset when i left the hospital with more weight on than when I went in.  I was afraid to eat for fear of pain but working through that as well.  but today I have lost weight....down to 258.5 lbs and I am so happy.

Nice... just be gentel with yourself, physically and emotionally... the first weeks are about healing... the weight will start to come off soon enough :-)

 Thanks I think I needed to hear that, I don't want to cause any problems!  Healing it is!!!

Just like Kanga said, focus on healing and you will be ok. Alot of people leave the hospital heavier because they pump you full of fluids and your body just had a major shock to it.

Remember, the weight WILL come off, in whatever manner and speed it will, as long as you are following your plan, drinking,etc you will do great.
