The best NSV I've ever had!
Sunday while I was standing at the end of line at the grocery store, a young lady walked right up to me. She said "I don't mean to be weird, but do you speak at the informational meetings at Unity hospital on Tuesdays?" I told her I did and she said "I just wanted to tell you how phenominal you look...I saw you from across the store and I knew it was you!" She raved and raved about how skinny I was. I started speaking for our Baritric program when I was 6 weeks out, since they didn't have any Sleevers to speak and the VSG was just starting to be done there. Her and her fiance had attended the first meeting I spoke at. Meanwhile my Husband is standing there with his jaw on the floor...LOL!
She then informed me, because of me, her and her fiance decided to go with the Sleeve and his surgery was next week...hers was the week after. She thanked me for volunteering, and I gave her a big hug and told her I wished her and her fiance the very best!
After she walked away...I'm beaming and I look at my wonderful Husband and he's all teary eyed (tough guy exterior, marshmellowy insides). He was just floored that I made such a powerful impression on this girl and how proud of me he was. Needless to say, I walked on air for the rest of the day!!

I feel the same way! The best reward I have gotten is when a friend of mine decided to get the surgery because she saw my results and said that I was her inspiration. It really touched me. You should be so proud for doing such great work and inspiring so many. If we help one person, this has all been worth it! You look amazing!
