What is your favorite hight protein food?

I love cottage cheese 1% milkfat, 1/2 cup has 13g of protein and 5 g carbs. Try it with pinapple rings (2) in 100% juice, 15g carbs, but 1 g protein, crated cheese 2% milkfat 1/4 cup has 7g protein and no carbs.  This can be used as breakfast or supper. I sometimes add 2T sunflower seeds.   I also like cheeses or almond butter. I hope this helps you....

Thye key for me has been to flavor chicken in as many ways as possible.....

Must not get tired of "Chicken" !!!!
