Hi its me again,

   I know people have stress in their lives but for me it just seems to be one thing right after another, I'm only happy when I'm working, and when I'm working I want to eat and snack.

I am trying so hard to keep it together and stay on track but it is getting harder by the day. I am down 62 lbs since June and I am so grateful for that but my stalls are so often and last so long that I get so frustrated...  Thanks for letting me vent.

Hugs. Sorry you are having a tough time. Did you have the same triggers pre-op? maybe a therapist would help give you ways to deal wth the stress and eating triggers?


im having a bad day today too. :(  i guess it gets better.

  Hi, hugs back sorry your having a bad day.. yes same triggers as before I just get so depressed I want to eat the wrong foods.. nothing seems to fill me I am always hungry.. I just have to step back, take a deep breath and get back on track.. Hope your day gets better.

Best stress relief for me is a exercise.  I walk a couple of times a day at work along with making sure I hit the gym at least 5 days a week.

It makes all the difference in the world. I say that as I just got out of the shower before heading back into work (after a 12 hour day) at 1:00am to prep for a 9:30am meeting.  I understand the stress and the desire to graze while working.  I really do.  I just head it off by taking time to exercise.
