it took them a LONG time

Thanks, I do! Every day gets better and better and it is so amazing to FEEL the difference. It's funny shopping for my supplements and protein shakes. While people complain about the money they spend for these things, I just think about the money I would spend on constant pain pills, herbal supplements and other medicine for knee arthritis, back pain, pillows, anemia and what I would have had to spend on diabetes medication and aids (found out right before surgery that I was prediabetic).

Day one of surgery my knee pain went away and I haven't had to take pain pills or herbs for that again! I love living life pain free, energetic and not consumed with food or junk food. This is the only way to live!
