I am about to make my list of things I need to get for post op.. I have some protein powders for later but I will be on a clear diet for 2 weeks after so trying to think of all the possibilities I will have as far as eating. Broth , not sure if jello is allowed, white grape juice but not sure of what else..
So what did you guys have for your clear liquid phase?

You are going to want to get a clear liquid protein. Isopure has one but I could not get around the texture of that one, although some love it, I used Cytomax and it was pretty good. I would cut it with water though b/c it was kind of sweet. I used all sorts of broths, I loved the roasted garlic one (I would strain it though) and the garden veggie was a good one too when you want a little "flavor". I also bought protien jello from GNC, it was on the pricy side, but since I could only do about one a day it was not too bad for those two weeks (get a Gold Card and it will help!).

Good luck!

I never really thought about looking for garden veggie broth or roasted garlic.. I really need to look more closely. They sound really good and the protein jello sounds like something I will be looking into. thanks Tripsmom

 No problem!

Here is a website for the College Inn broths, they list all their flavors, they are very good! Oh and the Thai Coconut Curry is AMAZING LOL
