Well.... here on the Left Coast......It's Best Foods (Hellmanns) and when I find those...... Like Gold.... Jackpot.....!!!!! There is a local Hospital near my moms where she was staying once.....the caffiteria has Best Foods Mayo Packets.....Yup... I stop everytime to load up !!!! Buy a pack of gum and ask for a bag..... and load up.... back the truck up !!!
My other favs..... Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Wasabi, Teriyaki Steak Sauce, Grated Parmesan Cheese (Costco), Dijon, chili oil, Chinese Mustard, Taco Bell Sauces and your basic Ketchup and Mustard.

I am not getting on the scale, I don't think I ate enough to gain but I bet my losing didn't happen either LOL.
I ate a small slice of pie on Thurs, Fri and Saturday...So wrong. I only ate a few items, I'm not a big stuffing lover so I skipped it, I only got a small scoop of one type of potato, I split the pumpkin muffin in half and tossed the other half - but on my plate was turkey white meat (mostly), mashed potatoes, green beans (both very small scoops, like tablespoon, maybe a little more.
And Friday morning I had an english muffin with my mom's honey butter. That was the worst of what I did. I actually stuck to shrimp a lot over the weekend, or cheese/nuts. I don't keep bread at home so I allowed myself the half muffin and english muffin
I just am so delighted that I'm happy with tiny portions. It doesn't bother me at all. sometimes my eyes get bigger, but the sleeve always wakes me up.
So no, did not stick to plan. And actually I need to kick myself in gear to exercise, I ahve totally fallen off that wagon, bad girl!

I actually lost 3 lbs thanksgiving week for the first time in my life. I didn't have any sweets but I also didn't have any protein. I'm not a big fan of turkey and I figured I could take a very small vacation from the protein. I had a bite of mac and cheese (only one. not ready for pasta) and then I ate stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatos and rice pudding (ok. I guess that has sugar in it). Anyway, of course I could only eat small amounts of each but thats basically all I had for 2 days and I don't regret it one bit.

My carbs were way up during the 4 day holiday. There were a lot of baked goods and mac&cheese around. I still managed to get a lot of exercise in since I'm helping my parents renovate their new house, working on the garden and biking with the kids.
Since the VSG I no longer eat poultry, it doesn't agree with me, so like you I've had lots of delicious spiral cut ham. No problem with water retention and I still don't drink soda.
I forgot to weigh in this morning, Mondays are when I weigh myself, but I'll get on the scale tomorrow. If I've gained any weight I'll work on it this week.

I stayed the exact same from Wednesday until saturday morning (196) and then I got the stomach flu and was parked on the couch all day Sunday and still recovering today. Weigh in this morning? 193.8. :|
