All looked good from what my NUT said except my iron.  She said normal range is 30-155 which I don't know how there can be such a big range but what ev lol.  Mine was 30 so gotta start a iron pill.  Maybe that's why my energy feels like it's on zero lately.  Kerry

I'm surprised you haven't been on iron from the start. Glad they caught it early.

Just don't forget, don't take iron supplements with calcium or dairy products. Calcium decreases iron absorption, but vitamin C increases it.

 What brand multi vit do you take? Just curious. I just started taking prenatals and I'm hoping it's bettter than taking two flintstones a day. I really dont understand how much of what I'm to take. The doc told me to take 2 flintstones a day. And Nurse said it would be ok to take prenatals. I just hope it has all the vit and minerals I need.
