6 Month surgiversary!Heeeyyy!!!!
Whats up ya'll!.
6 months ago today I had 1/2 my guts taken out, stapled up and tossed in the trash!. I cannot believe the time has flown by so quickly. I remember the endless waiting I did to get this surgery and now that I have it---wow I have no regrets at all.
Now for the good news, my Frankenguts (40f) allow me to eat 2/3oz. Now for real, I am not one to push limits. I want to get to goal and stay there. There is nothing in me that goes crazy around food to the point that I mess up my good thing. I did not get to 243 by bingeing, I did it by yo-yo dieting, diet pills, never getting all the pregnancy weight off and a rough period between 2003-2006 where I wasn't really looking at myself in the mirror due to depression and extreme financial hardship. (can anyone say .99 McDonalds Cheeseburgers!)
I eat more according to the plan provided to LAPSF/Dr Cirangle patients, abt 700 cals,less than 30 carbs,protein first,64 oz water. I take my vitamins,Centrum chewables,Calcium citrate (sometimes),b12 1x week,iron 1x week.
Exercise, lol I have been completely lazy. I know better, but I am results oriented and when I was working out in Aug I stalled when working out,so I backed off. I plan to pick up again..maybe this week hmmmmm.
Goal.
Normal for my height is 150. I am 163/164 depending on the day and I am feeling bones that I did not feel before at this weight. I could lose 13 pounds and be done, but I do want some room for rebound. I have curves and no desire to end up too tiny. We shall see.
Life is good and I am enjoying the ride. I go to the mall and try on smaller sizes just to see where I am. Then I hit up Goodwill and grab a few items to hold me over. I like my current size and I finally feel normal but I still have some areas I want to see go down.
I have pics in my profile. I can't copy n paste like normal people. (if someone can-please post my 1st pic and the pic labeled 6 month

You look amazing! You have done really well with your sleeve, goal is right around the corner.
Great progress! I love the updates and the before after pics! They keep me motiivated.
I post pics by opening a second window in Internet Explorer and loging into OH on both windows, uploading the pictures to my profile on one of them, then right click copy and click over to the other window and paste into my post.
I have no idea why it works, but it does

That's how I try to do it except my second window does not give me the option to paste. Oh well!.
