I am amazed that I am back in an 18w. This is the smallest I have worn as an adult. After this, I have a few pair of 18s that are too snug right now, and then I guess I have to start buying new clothes. I never thought in a million years I would be in an 18 less than 4 months after surgery. Amazing!

(started in a 24w)

Hey that's great!!!! Congrats!
I do not understand women clothing sizes! You've got 18w, 18, 18 petite, 18 misses, bizzare! And they're all different sizes, right? Guys are so much easier! In pants a 38 is a 38. Then you can chose relaxed, regular or slim fit.
