LET'S ALL PLAY SMET !!!
This is something that we have NOT played in quite sometime. SMET stands for So Much Easier To..... since our WLS. Here goes......It is SO much easier to
Walk, run, tie my shoes, paint my toe nails, bend over and pick something up, fit into a booth, bathroom stall...etc. So much easier to buy clothes that look decent on me, get in and out of my car, get comfortable in my bed, get up and down off furniture....etc. I will stop here. Walk, run, play with my kids, walk between chairs in an walkway, sit close to a loved one, bend over, get up from the floor, and most of all enjoy the extra room in the jacuzzi.
