you are correct wls is not the only way & WW has worked for many. It was her rapid loss that has made many including myself question her method. She wears it well and I celebrate her loss either way it goes...JHUD is in Hollywood, so she has more resources than i will ever have so who knows how she did it
Actually if you've followed Jennifer she's lost it over time I would see her in magazines etc etc and it took her a minute, but with trainers, etc (as in Oprah's) case anything can be done quickly. Look at Kristie Alley...again she lost but gianed it all back.
I think it's creepy but in a great way. I'm proud of Jennifer and hoping just like I'm hoping for MYSELF that losing the weight isn't the battle it's often MORE difficult to KEEP it off.

I am not sure why I said scary, one could say creepy as well.
I googled the original video from American Idol, and it's almost as if some CGI was done in the editing process because some of the turns they showed her doing just weren't there.
It's not quite the Donna Reed type of thing when she was playing the identical cousins. It's like Jennifer is actually looking at herself and it kind of freaked me out.

I didn't think the commercial was creepy or strange at all. I was amazed at the differences and seeing the old her and new her side by side. The special effects are great.
I have lost weight on WW many times in my life, just could never keep it off. I still find myself wanting to eat that way and knowing how many points I am eating. But now I can only eat about 1/4 of what I ate on WW.
