Totally OT - Why in all that is holy is my two year old still awake?

 I REALLY want to go to bed, but I can't until he is asleep and he is still in his crib talking and laughing and yelling lines from his favorite movie. At some point I would be totally justified in slipping him a Benadryl right? (of course I am TOTALLY kidding about that, so don't yell at me LOL). 

This mama needs sleep!

 LOL, Benadryl! I don't blame you! I hope he goes to sleep soon. I bet its really cute listening to him talking and laughing!

I have so been there!! So sorry .. I know how hard it is when you need sleep and they won't go to bed...

 I feel ya! Mine didn't go to bed until 11:15 tonight! And I did finally give her Benadryl, but not to sleep :) She's been sneezing her head off for a couple of days now (since we brought our cat to our new home) and I think it's stirred up her allergies. Out like a light now, though! Haha I'm sure she'll be up at the crack and ready to put on her Tinkerbell dress and play fairies. Hope your little boy went to bed finally!

 I know what you are going through. My 4 year old did not fall asleep untl 1130pm and my 2 year old still wakes up at least once a night.  very frustrating
