Whatcha eating today VSGers? Thursday

 B - 2 egg whites with 1/2 oz muenster cheese
Sn - protein shake
L - salad (lettuce, beets, avacado, pomegranite seeds)
      1/2 cup veggie stir fry with tempeh
       few nuts
D- Planning on having a few bites of pizza (dont usually do this but having a planned treat)
Sn - ? maybe

water - good 
vitamins - yup!
exercise - I HAVE FALLEN OFF THE WAGON FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS! HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING BACK INTO IT - UGH!

 I have been waiting to post here, and since today was my first day of purees and I was technically 'eating' - here goes!  

(Everything was measured and within my 1/4 c per meal limit, but this post was super huge when I had it all there)
B: Protein shake
MS: Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of protein powder for flavor
L: Blended canned crabmeat with Laughing Cow wedge and lite mayo, pureed carrots (didn't finish the carrots)
AS: Tried the other half of the Yogurt from the morning, got hiccupy after a spoonful, stopped.
D: Same as Lunch, but only finished 3/4 of the crab and less than 1/4 carrots
ES: Protein shake

Water: 40 oz  down with 3 hours 'til bedtime

I was really worried about losing control and scarfing down lunch because I've been almost dreaming of crabmeat for 3 days, but I managed to pleasantly surprise myself. I planned the same lunch and dinner just so I didn't add too much new in one day and have difficulty pinpointing what (if anything) upset me. I really wanted egg beaters for breakfast but after reading that eggs aren't always well tolerated, didn't think it was wise to risk it on a work morning.

B-2oz sliced turkey .5oz Chedder cheese
L-2 bites of chicken Marsala,would have had my whole portion but it was way to salty
D-roasted chicken, salsa, peperjack cheese
LND- proly shrimp and ****tail sauce

Water-done
Vitamins- gonna do those in a few
Exercise- off day, my legs hurt so bad from yesterday though
