Hi Sleevers (and pre-sleevers)!  Let's hear what you are eating today.

B: protein shake
S: coffee w/sugar free peppermint mocha creamer; greek yogurt
L: mini taco salad (2 oz ground beef, 1/4 cup lettuce, 2T cheese, a few tomato chunks)
S: cheese stick
D: homemade turkey meatballs

water: half done
vitamins: yep
exercise: none

I have been attempting to eat greek yogurt for TWO hours = FAIL.

B: premier protein shake
S: none
L: hamburger with lf mayo and salsa with some veg mix in
S: half handful of bbq peanuts
D: perhaps some chili with cheese n sour cream
S: sf pistachio pudding with blueberries

water: 6.5 cups so far
vitamins: yes
exercise: took down all the christmas stuff, that was a job in itself.lol maybe the bike later for 30mins

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

S: Not sure what I'm going to have yet probably a SF Jello

Exercise: walked 1 mile

VSG on 05/31/11 with
LND: 1 egg, scrambled with nonfat dry milk powder to add extra protein

B: 1/4 cup cottage cheese
L: 1/2 of a morningstar grillers prime veggie burger with a little ginger sauce
S: probably a protein shake of some sort
D: not sure yet, maybe salmon? Depends how I'm feeling

Water: so behind today, ugh...
Vits: working on it
Exercise: not today, had my IUD placed this morning so I feel awful. Movies on the couch kind of day.

Stupid crazy day. Okay here it goes.

B - Greek Yogurt - 1 serving
L - 3 oz grilled chicken with 1 Tbs Ranch dressing
S - Protein Bar
S - (yes a second snack) 3 pieces of bacon
D - Maybe 2 oz of roast or maybe 2 oz of steak - don't know
S - Depends on the # of calories I have left, maybe some almonds or some cheese, or nothing

Vitamins - all done execpt Calcium (I take that later)
Water - 2 cups done (Geesh, pathetic)
Exercise - hope to workout with hubby, cross train with weight this pm
