hiccups?

Has anyone else experienced hiccups post-surgery? Mine have been on and off for a few days (a week out from surgery). It's not terribly bothersome, but it is irritating. I am taking some medication indicated for "spasms," but I figured that was more for stomach spasms rather than hiccups.

I get them sometimes.  Alot of the time it'd just because I'm getting close to full when I eat.

So far they don't seem to be tied to eating or not eating. I'll pay closer attention, though.

My husband had them after his vsg. At some point they disappeared though... he's a year out and I can't remember the last time he had them.

I am 3 weeks post surgery and I got a lot of hickups. The first week hurt the worst, now they just feel like a regular hiccup just a little more frequent, however the frequency seem to be getting less.
