What can I dip in Fondue Cheese on soft diet
Okay so I made the fondue and it did not turn out the way it was supposed to. My husband and daughter enjoyed the fondue still with pumpernickel bread, broccoli, cauliflower and apples. I had some of the fondue on a Boca burger. It was very yummy, but because I was worried about the fat content I only had 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on my burger. Since it did not turn out the way I wanted it to I dumped the rest down the garbage disposal. I also made a meatball stromboli for my husband and kids that I got from Sweetbay and they said it was very yummy! I bought the extra lean beef and made myself 5 extra golfball sized meatballs for tomorrow and Tuesday. Of course those will be plain without any cheese.
I checked my doctor's menu directions and it was in big bold letters NO RAW VEGGIES so that ended that for me.
Thank you everyone for the great advice and cautions. I wish I could eat tuna and chicken but they are not working for me yet or eggs. I had dumping twice from scrambled eggs - go figure. Tomorrow I go to the gym to work off that fondue and will stick to cottage cheese lite tomorrow.

Try egg salad, scrambled eggs still sit funny in my stomach, and are you lubing your chicken or tuna with a light mayo or something?. I made buffalo chicken the other day with canned chicken and it was delicious, hot sauce and some light ranch yummy. I eat cheese though my favorite is gouda.
