Accountability thread exercise 1/22/12
This is a thread to post daily on courtesy of Elina to help all of us stay on track with our exercise. Everyone is welcome to join, and post each day- even if you don't exercise.

I worked the last two days for 12.5+ hours each day and didn't do any exercise other than a bit of snow shovelling yesterday morning before work and then a bit of nookie after. Nothing so far today, but every other day besides these two I've been running intervals at the gym for 45ish minutes and alternating arms and legs with strength training.

VSG on 10/09/12
I was a total gym rat yesterday. On Saturday I had my programme established and yesterday (Sunday) I tried it for the first time. It was GRRRREAT!!! I felt so good afterwards, I was flying, walking on water, whatever.. I was so energised and happy. It was super. Keep those endorphins coming!!!! I did about 35 minutes of cardio on the eliptical and something like the eliptical but a bit different, then a stationary bike and then I did the resistance/weights part of the programme for another 30 minutes or so. I drank a liter of water, took my time, enjoyed the whole experience, had a great sauna afterwards and a shower, sighed at the mirror and realized that VSG or not, there is definitely a tummy tuck in my future.. and went home to cook dinner for the family. I made Pasta Alfredo with diced roast chicken and broccoli in an absolutely fabulous cream sauce and guess what.. I had absolutely no craving for any of it. I had just chicken and a salad with dill and sour cream dressing. A piece of black chocolate and a cup of tea and I slept like a baby!!!
