Whatcha eating today VSGers? Monday
I got on the scale this morning and it was UP from last weeks 212 to 218. I was so disheartened...but I stayed the course...toss out the tortillas and got back on plan. I believe corn makes me bloat because I was peeing like a race horse all day and when I got home I noticed my ankles are swollen and to top it off my scale said 215.4...refreshing to know it was 6 "real" pounds.

Good for you for staying the course! My scale up yesterday too. I looekd back at my food intake and can't figure out why. Must be water retention. Salt? TOM? No idea, but I too stayed the course. Crazy frustrating, though.

I know I bloat crazily when I go on vacation or away for the weekend my top bloat weight was a gain of 20lbs over 3 days. But I don't bloat (or rather didn't) from types of foods that I noticed. Today I was 213.8 and still my leg is a little swollen so the only thing different was the corn. Interesting how your body talks to you, if you listen.
