 40 minutes on the elliptical today- how is everyone else doing?

20 minutes of running on the dreadmill and then 10 minutes of core exercises!

 60 mins on the treadmill, 4.5 miles (a little slower then normal b/c I am coming down with a cold and was fighting with my drippy nose as I ran!).

1.8 miles in the neighborhood and I'm sore! It felt like 5 miles, I swear!

VSG on 10/09/12
45 mins on eliptical and 15 mins weights. Am proud that I haven't skipped a day so far. Dragged myself to the gym at 8:30 last night! Instead of giving into the huge temptation of flaking out on the couch.

2 days with no work-out! Just got off the treadmill this morning. 2 miles at 5 mph and another .8 miles at 3.5 mph on 4%incline. Then some weight lifting for about 20 minutes. (sigh)
  HW/233 *  SW/212 * CW/133 *GW/132 * 100 Pounds of FAT gone FOREVER!
