Even though I know this person has an agenda of her own.....which is fine.... Showing her google skills as an amateur googlist and she has every right to post what she wants, She writes like a 3 year old...very hard to read. I even wonder if she actually exists? Anyone ever seen her or talk to her?

This post was brought to my attention from several people......one Aceves patient and another TX patient.....The titles were pretty descriptive.

I don't care what kind of meds she is on or off......this is way over the line........how is she coming up with this stuff?????

This board is navigated by Cirangle Clones pushing an agenda, headhunting for their surgeon! More than likely PAYING OFF their program fees or gettin compensated finders fee!

The VSG MAINTENANCE Board thee only WLS maintenance board on OH.... is run by Cirangle people...Cirangle HEADHUNTERS come here and advertise for VSGrs to join it...ain't even for maintenance..you don't even have to have a VSG...its open to ALL SURGERIES too..how divisive is that?

I just hope OH starts SOMEWHERE to CARE ABOUT its MEMBERS AGAIN, give this forum BACK to the people! ....Scruples ya know...unlike FATphobic Cirangle's   ONE SIZE FITS ALL STANDARDIZED VSG MONOPOLY.

Wow - from what I see from his patient's results on this forum Dr Cirangle's standardized VSG "Monopoly" seems to produce some pretty awesome weight loss results. This person is just a troublemaker and that is a shame.

Wait, what? Open to all is divisive? I know I see VSGers over there and it's actually called the VSG maintenance board but if a person with another surgery type did post over there how would that be divisive?

Anyway, not sure what LapSF has to do with any of this, especially since the LapSF Facebook page has a "what the heck is going on over at OH?" post on it.

I have a few people blocked that I don't care to read messages from because of the obnoxiousness of trying to read the weird stuff they post. I suspect this is one of those folks. LOL.

Dr, Cirangle?  Oh no ...did the Cirangle Clones get to you? lol  OMG...RUN AWAY  he has the WORST reputation of any VSG surgeon in the entire US.... DO an OH SEARCH!! ..........we always WARN VSGrs of the best and worst surgeons in Mexico...why shouldn't we WARN em about our own US surgeons. 

Since Ive been here...no other US surgeon has had as many complaints as Dr. Cirangle. One of his EXpts (yes Dr. Cirangle dropped him for c/o malnutrition!)...called him "MENGELE!!"  lmao!!  
He lies about facts, his stats, leak rates, berates and chastises his pts for not losing fast enough or MORE, not reaching HIS goals,horrible bedside manner......no other surgeon! ...there's just so much written about him...well known on OH...the Main Forum, the DS Forum and HERE!

The few Cirangle Clones that DOMINATE this board...are more then likely being compensated for it..a finders fee.

So much I have archived! .. with Dr. Cirangle your insurance will be charged over/up to $100,000 for ONE NIGHT hospital stay,
 on top of what insurance PAYS.....YOU MUST PAY....used to be $10,000 out of pocket for a 3 year follow-up....I think he reduced it to $8,000   atter numerous complaints...not sure.
THIS IS PAID...UP FRONT OUT OF POCKET...not only your out of pocket insurance copays...and what insurance PAYS him.....Money Money Money Moneeee...

I suspect the Cirangle Complex ....MY SURGEON is BETTER THAN YOUR SURGEON ******g contest that occurs here....is from disgruntled patients of his...that are PISSED OFF....they got RIPPED OFF......I mean c'mon....I would be pissed if I PAID FOR FILET MIGNON...but was FORCED to EAT HAMBURGER

Dr. Cirangle is also the ONLY surgeon I know of  that has STANDARDIZED VSG. ONE SIZE FITS ALL assembly line fashion......you get the tightest sleeve, by technique he can SAFELY make it...  according to ASMBS standards .... without removing your entire stomach..... a 32F bougie used no matter what... inc. individual anatomical differences, height, weight  . 

The Cirangle Clones call it..." MAKING A SLEEVE CORRECTLY "...lmao!!  Oh even Dr. Cirangle says making TIGHT SLEEVES YEILDS THE HIGHEST LEAK RATES.....but....if anyone complains of LEAK...they are at fault...just a few months ago, one of his pts came here with a post op leak...poor thing took a beating! ...and now.the POST went POOF! pts that complain...are RUN OFF this board...by the ATTACK OF THE CLONES...lmao!

Carmelita - WOW.  I love  good conspiracy theory as much as the next person.  But... wow.

A lot of surgeons advertise on OH. Yeah, Dr. Cringle is the only on that sponsors a board, but my understanding is that he specializes in VSG.  So, in a way, his sponsorship makes some sense. 

I do agree that there are mysterious post disappearances and the reviews section of OH cannot be totally trusted.   That doesn't just go for Cringle, but for many surgeons.

I think it's a little unfair to say that the people posting about Dr. Cringle are being paid.  I suspect that Dr. C recommends that his patients post here for support. Dr. C does a LOT of sleeves, so we see a lot of Dr. C patients here. I don't think there is much more to it than that.   

I see Dr. C patients giving wonderful and helpful advice to everyone - and only a small fraction of that advice even relates to choosing a surgeon.  I think Dr. C patients are armed with more information than patients of some other surgeons.  I think Dr. C gets them educated and also fired up.  So many of them are happy to share what they've learned.  They are happy with their surgeon, so when someone asks, they will recommend their surgeon.  

I don't think a standardized surgery is a bad thing.  It's the best way to get meaningful data and be able to make adjustment to technique in the future.  Yes, everyone's anatomy is different - but this isn't the same as measuring out variable common channels. 

I think it's a shame to say these awesome, helpful, active members of our community are simply being paid by Dr. C for recruitment purposes.  It's unfair to devalue an entire group of people like that.  I, for one, am extremely grateful for their participation, and I've learned a lot from them.
