Sadly, I couldn't make it through her posts. My 13 year old son writes and articulates his point of view better than she does, and he has a comprehension and reading disability. Sadly, she probably has good information, but the lack of mature and well thought out points made her posts appear juvenile and senseless. I just couldn't get past all the slang and skiddly doo posts.

My hand is up.

Hers were some of the first posts I read when I came here to OH and I honestly almost left and never came back. It wasn't so much because there was a crazy person posting that scared me off - it was that no one seemed to be calling her out on some of the insane things she was saying. I can see now that she simply blocks anyone that calls her out...

Nutshell:

Lost 140 lbs with VSG. (Hooray!!)

got pregnant (yeaaaa!)

got cancer (boooo!)

regained 40 lbs. (grrrr!)

In summary: Alive & Grateful.

I have thought "wow, there sure are 400 of Cirangle's patient's here..." but considering he sponsors the site, I would think he'd tell his patients about it. I know that my surgeon gives us a paper with a few websites on it and this one is listed. I have to say that this chick already sounded psychotic and worse than my high school students and I often wondered if she was from another country, had a 3rd grade education or just thought it was cool to sound absolutely ignorant and "ghetto." The only reason I didn't block her is because some of her blogs had information I was interested in. I was always interested in seeing a picture of her though...

Edit: Oh and let me say... I would have driven the 6-8 hours up North for the surgery if I had known about that shaker cup...

SO let me get this? She is mad because a surgeon sponsers this site? WHO the heck cares ??? This site has been a tremendous help to me.. THE world doesnt run on hugs and sunshine..someone has to foot the bill
