*A thought on the body fat percentage thing. The fact that it was only 51.1% at 319 lbs tells you something about my outrageously high lean mass.

**A higher waist to hip ratio is an indicator of increased cardiac risk. 80% is generally considered the threshold of concern.

**Yeah, I was a flat chested fat chick and I'm even flatter chested now. Can you say B cup fitting loose?
