Happy Saturday!  We got some snow last night, so it's pretty today.  Everything is white and shining brightly in the sun.  But it's chilly and windy so doesn't feel as nice as it looks.

B: one scrambled egg with one slice american cheese; coffee w/ 1T sugar free creamer
S: herbal tea
L: 2.5 oz baked pork chop, 2T stuffing
S: herbal tea, greek yogurt
D: bacon cheddar meatballs (trying to slim it down so using turkey bacon)
S: WW string cheese

water: 32 oz done, 32 to go
vitamins: done
exercise: none yet, but might run tonight on the dreadmill

S: 2 oz of protein drink
L: 2 oz of protein drink
S: 2 tablespoons SF jello
D: 3 baby spoons of applesauce and 2 oz of protein drink
Water so far is 24oz

Exercise: I walked the Dollar General aisles 5 times and went down the stairs to the basement 2 times and of course back up.
It's been somewhat of a busy day for me and I'm bushed.
