I made my weight loss goal for January!!!  I was so excited =) 

B:  6oz Chicken Salad
S:  N/A
L:  Cornish Game Hen Breast/Wing; Salad
S:  N/A
D:  Baked Chicken Thigh; Greens
S:  ??

Water:  12 cups and counting
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise: Actually I'm going to do 20 minutes on my mini stair stepper right now...

 So far today - food has been soooo good.

B: 3 morning star farms veggie sausages (my typical breakfast)
S: Latte w/Hood calorie countdown
L: Asiago cheese crisp (1 oz) and grilled mahi mahi (2 oz).  
D: Rotel chicken (3 oz)  in crockpot and home made guacamole (2 tbs).  The chicken turned out sooooo good.  I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs.  Salt, Pepper, Can of Rotel on top... cooked on high for about 4 hours.  It doesn't get much easier than that!
S: Not sure yet.  So far I'm at 448 Cals 47 protein and 8 net carbs.  So maybe a quest bar.

It's amazing to me how happy I am with so little food.  Very satisfied at every meal.  GO SLEEVE.
