Exersize Accountability Post

Today I managed to squeeze in 3.5 miles in 46 minutes.
No time to weight lift (sigh)

CURVES !  I have managed to go every darned day this week !!!

Couldn't get much in but 45 minutes on the treadmill, my 2yr. old was a stinker today!!

Way to Go Everyone!

I just started working out last Thursday. I'm up to 20 min on the eliptical which is a huge accomplishment for me! I do another 10-20 on the bike or treadmill too, but with my knee pain the eliptical is actually the most comfortable (just kicks my butt!)! I've worked out every day except last Sat! I'm proud of me! Surgery scheduled 2/16!

I was able to get in 30min.of jogging and 30min. of walking on the treadmill.

Wow you guys are all amazing. I can do 30 min on the treadmill comfortably and if I go slow then I can do an hour on a really good day. Even if I do the hour it's still only 2 miles! I just ordered a TON of low impact workout videos that I think I will do well with.

As for today, no exercise.
