It's Friday!  Yay!  I'm getting a massage tomorrow and am sooooo looking forward to it. 

B: protein hot chocolate
S: 2 oz cheese
L: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 tsp greek vineagrette, a little lettuce, a little feta
S: one mini reese's pb cup
D: not sure yet!  going out with hubby.  will stick to protein

water: almost done
vitamins: done
exercise: taking the day off

Not having a very good day. Maybe it will help to post:

B: Venti Startbucks non-fat latte (too much for my tummy, but I was tired)
S. Kashi bar
L. 1/2 sandwich thin with 1 1/2 ounces of pork tenderloin
S: greek yogurt
D: not sure yet

Vitamins: done
Exercise: probably not; too busy and too tired
Water: only 38 ounces so far, but I will get there

       
HW: 284: SW: 274: CW: 152.8. Goal: 159

It is Friday!!!!

D: 2 oz grilled chicken & green beans
S: Wasa cracker with laughing cow cheese

Water: done
Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Having some sciatica issues but have 12 miles in for the week, so not feeling to bad about not exercising today.

L: about 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes with cheese
S: 1/2 banana
I am strugging with liquids
Exercise: got up and walked for about 10 mins, I'm only 4 days out but trying!
Vitamins: some are down, but not all

D: Not sure yet, feeling pretty icky

Exercise: No gym today, just walking

L: 1/2 cup Lentil Soup, 1oz grilled chicken, 1/4 oz Smoked Ghouda (melted)
      I mixed it all together YUM!!
S: 1 oz Cashews
D: 3/4 cup Panera Bread Steak Chili w/ 1/2 oz cheese

water: 69.9 oz so far
vitamins: Done!
exercise: running w/ the kids

L:  haddock, low carb ketchup, broccoli salad
S: low carb chocolate brownie muffin
D: chili, cheese, sour cream, with 5 beanito chips *my treat*
S: probably have 2 slices of black forest ham and slice of cheese with mustard

water: 9 cups so far
vitamins: yes
exercise: did 7 miles! and actually jogged 10 mins

what do you wanna be when you grow up little girl? i wanna be a loser and sit on the bench sir! (45 lbs lost pre op) 300lbs starting weight, currently 141lbs! Lowest has been 135lbs and hoping to get back to that.

L: pinto and cheese from Taco Bell (no sauce) 2oz
D: Blended white chili with turkey 2oz
S: sf jello

Vitamins - done - except for iron
liquids - 40oz so far
exercise - will start back to Curves after next week.
