It's Friday! Yay! I'm getting a massage tomorrow and am sooooo looking forward to it.

L: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 tsp greek vineagrette, a little lettuce, a little feta
S: one mini reese's pb cup
D: not sure yet! going out with hubby. will stick to protein

B: Venti Startbucks non-fat latte (too much for my tummy, but I was tired)

L. 1/2 sandwich thin with 1 1/2 ounces of pork tenderloin

Vitamins: done
Exercise: probably not; too busy and too tired
Water: only 38 ounces so far, but I will get there

Exercise: Having some sciatica issues but have 12 miles in for the week, so not feeling to bad about not exercising today.

I mixed it all together YUM!!

D: 3/4 cup Panera Bread Steak Chili w/ 1/2 oz cheese
water: 69.9 oz so far

L: pinto and cheese from Taco Bell (no sauce) 2oz
D: Blended white chili with turkey 2oz
S: sf jello
Vitamins - done - except for iron
liquids - 40oz so far
exercise - will start back to Curves after next week.
