Help! I look like someone has taken a bat to my legs....I am 10 months out and have noticed that I am bruising alot more often. Im starting to get a little scared cause My legs are covered in huge bruises...Anyone else experience this? What can I do to prevent it if anything?

Yes, I bruise incredibly easily. It's due to a lack of B12. Either start taking a sublingual daily dose, get a monthly b12 injection or up the dose you are currently taking.

I also bruise a lot more easily since surgery.  I'm not sure if it's that I've lost all my padding and insulation or some other issue.  But I didn't used to bruise AT ALL.  And now it's pretty common, even when I don't recall bumping into something to cause a bruise.  I've had my labs run and everything looked great on the last set.  So it beats me.

Yup! Lots o' bruising on my legs. I upped my iron and started taking a weekly B-12 shot and it's helping a lot!
