Just waking up but the food plan is as follows...

B:  Whole Wheat Hot Cereal 1/3 c.  & 2 oz of 2%
S:  Almonds - 22 ea.
L:  Salad with Grilled Chicken and Cilantro Dressing
S:  Protein Bar
D:  Tater Tot Casserole (mostly meat & 2 tater tots)


Water:  8 oz so far
vitamins:  1/2 done
Exercise: 40 minutes cardio and 20 to 30 minutes weights
