I hope everyone is having a splendid Friday!

A lot of people asked me to report about my chicken wrapped pizza recipe from yesterday.  It was yummy!!  I will look for the recipe and post it.  It's basically pounding chicken flat, placing mozzarella/pizza sauce/seasoning/pepperoni on it, rolling it up, placing pizza sauce and pepperoni on top and baking for 30 minutes.  My hubby loved it too and the whole house smelled like pizza!

B: protein shake, coffee w/ creamer
S: 1 oz cheese
L: 3 oz baked chicken breast
S: 2 clementines
D: not sure yet

exercise: none today

Pre-B coffee coffee coffee (7am)
After work out - half of a granola/protein bar 8am
Breakfast - 3 turkey sausage 10:00am
lunch El pollo loco chicken thigh and half of a tortilla 1pm
snack same as lunch 4pm
dinner ? 7pm

vitamins, workout and fluids well on their way !

B: one egg, 2 slices bacon
S: homemade latte with 1/2 cup skim milk, large skim decaf latte from caribou, 1 oz cheese (made into crisps), 30 grams quinoa salad
L: 2 oz tuna mixed with 30 grams taboule salad
S: Peanut butter/chocolate quest bar
D: Seafood pesto spaghetti... Well, that is what my husband is getting :)  I will be eating 1 ounce of shrimp and 2 ounces of scallops (grilled), no pesto, no spaghetti... and 30 grams quinoa salad and 1 Samoa girlscout cookie
S: Probably 1 oz soynuts, one babybel cheese

This adds up to: 106 grams protein, 1042 calories, 84 carbs
