Whoot!  Friday's here! 

B: 2 oz cheese (I skipped my usual protein shake... may try venturing away from them and using dense protein instead)
S: greek yogurt
L: grilled chicken salad (2.5 oz chicken, greens, 1T cheese, 1 t sunflower seeds, 1T parm peppercorn dressing)
S: cucumber slices, cheese stick
D: not sure!  going out with the hubby

water: over half done
vitamins: done
exericse: none, taking today off

Very little.  Salad greens are a slider for some people, but not for me.  I am lucky to eat 12 pieces of spinach on a salad with these fixin's or I feel overly full.

Had a salad for lunch today, too!  I can generally eat the protein toppings and a few leaves of whatever, and I'm done.  But it's a spinach salad, so I'll take the spinach home and sautee it down for a snack tonight.

Yay for Friday!!

B: Protein coffee, 1/2 scoop
S: 2T PB2
L: 2 oz chicken breast on chopped lettuce, lo-fat Champagne dressing
S: 1.5 oz chicken breast
D: Not sure either!  Probably shrimp yakatori from the Japanese restaurant, Asian cole slaw, 3 pieces SF cinnamon discs.
S: Protein hot chocolate

670 cal, 45 g carbs, 78 g protein.

water: over half done
vitamins: done
exercise: Pilates in the morning.

B - 1/4 cup greek yogurt with 1 Tbs of diced peaches in water (no sugar added)
S - 1/2 premier protein shake
L - 1 egg omelet with 1/2 ounce of diced ham, and 7.5 grams of cheddar
S - 1/2 premier protein shake
D - 1/4 cup of tuna salad
