Accountability thread exercise 2/25/12

 Forgot to post this thread the last few days, so here goes again.  If you are interested in joining the thread please feel free to jump in!

20 minutes elliptical
15 upper body weight lifting

... planning on going for a walk for about an hour with the hubby.

Noticed for the first time today that I was able to increase the weights for the upperbody stuff- yay!

1 hour Zumba toning with particular emphasis today on derriere!

30 min treadmill
40 min circuit training

House cleaning....yard work....laundry....bed making....good old fashsioned exercise...(yuck) but the house and yard get cleaned and I get the exercise hours !!!

And even with having two days out of town this week, managed three days at Curves in the morning.

I did an hour Tai Chi class today and 25 minutes in the pool combining cleaning the pool with jogging and exercises.  Am taking the dogs out for a walk in a little bit.

Still working up my stamina but I'm getting there!

 Added in a 65 minute walk to the earlier work out- dang, my joints are feeling it

20 mintues on the new step and 2 miles in 32 minutes on the treadmill, mostly walking, but I try to jog 1 minute for every 3 walking. Don't know if I'll ever be a runner, but figured it was worth a try.

1 hour mall-walking (shopping included)

Can't wait to start my new Zumba DVDs at home once I'm cleared by my PS (just had panniculectomy on 02/07)!
