Sure, we all have our own Journey....We have our own success and failure......

Respect to anyone who does well with any WLS.......

Every once in a while we see someone that really puts it over the top.........

This was gaffed from nsblue's blog from her profile:(I hope she doesn't mind)

“Commitment is what transforms the promise into reality.
It is the words that speak, boldly of your intentions.
And the actions which speak, louder than the words.
It is making the time, when there is none.
Coming through, time after time after time, year after year after year.
Commitment is the stuff character is made of;
The power to change the face of things.
It is the daily triumph of integrity over skepticism."

It is said, “There is a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when cir****tance permit. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."

Check out her profile !!! Very Inspiring !!!!

From my province amd I told her those exact words of inspiring person. She fought long and hard on her own prior to finally getting the surgery here that had a waiting list of ten to twenty years. Do the math over two thousand on the waiting list and they do 60 to 80 bariatric surgeries a year. That is why the majority of us from Nova Scotia had no choice but to go to Mexico where we could afford the surgery. The cost here in Canada is over twenty thousand. We are already taxed to death for our free health insurance.

Glad you are seeing some of what citizens here have to go through to get this surgery. Nsblue definitely deserved this surgery after her long hard work, she is a beautiful person inside and out.

Awesome!!!  Just copied it and saved to my desktop so it is the first thing I see when I turn on my computer.  I have not been lacking in the committment department really, but the last few months of my recent struggles have taken their toll and I am struggling with my last 15-20 lbs to go.  I see Dr. C on Wednesday and I am really feeling the pressure (self imposed) of not having gotten any further in my "down-sizing".  Having said that, I am so very proud that I have not gained and have successfully maintained.  I have to be proud of where I have made it to thus far...WAY farther than I have ever made it at any other time in my life.  The most amazing part if that in the past, I would have already put back on half of what I lost by now.  VICTORY!!!  No matter how anyone els sees it...I have succeeded in my aspirations.  Got my cake and have fork in hand...15-20 more pounds and it is chow time on that cake.  Plastics will the the cherry on top of my sundae and the ultimate end to my journey to the new, improved and healthy me for the rest of my life.

Thanks for thieving this Frisco!!!
