The vanilla, chocolate and coffee flavors I mix with almond milk, the fruity flavored ones I mix with 16 ozs of water.

I love that with a shot of the Kahlua flavored sugar free syrup in my morning coffee, makes me feel like I am being naughty when I'm not LOL
