I just got my samples in the mail today!!!! I am ready to try them! I want to open them all now, hahaha. So, for in the morning, I am going to try the cappuccino in my coffee. Do you use a whole sample pack with 8 oz of coffee?

Wednesday!!!!! Whoooo, I'm ready! I have had insurance approval for a couple of months but went back and forth on my dates. I am a teacher and decided to do it during spring break. I am so excited and glad I didn't wait until summer!!!!

What's your favorite fruity flavor?  I'm ready for a change and my protein shakes are getting pretty pricey after a year of doing them. I'm looking for ones that are easy to add into my water.  Do they come in travel size baggies? Thanks in advance!

 I actually have not found a fruity flavor that I don't like! My fave is the Lemonade and Fuzzy Navel, they mix well into water but DON'T shake them, just mix with a spoon and let it sit for a bit then give it another good stir. When you shake it it gets nasty! They do come in travel sized packages (thats what's in the large plastic container all the way to the right LOL) You can order a sample pack, someone posted the number to call on this thread, it's $13 and no shipping, just tell them you want fruity flavors or they will send you some of the vanilla, chocolate and coffee too. Mybariatricpantry.com also has a sample pack, but you have to pay shipping.

Fuzzy Navel, Roadside Lemonade and fruit punch are good.  Yes, they have them in containers of single serving bags but it is much less expensive to meausre out the scoops into snack sized ziplock bags.
