L: 3 oz leftover tilapia from last night's dinner
S: protein shake, more coffee
D: going to a belated Chinese New Year party tonight... will be hard, but I plan to have 3 oz of protein and that's it

vitamins: all done
exercise: 40 min cardio DVD done

S: 2 mini slices of cheese and bacon bit bruscetta like stuff
L: 3 chick wings baked in oven
S: coffee w/cream and about 10 roasted edamame beans
D: Roast chicken w a bite or two of cauliflower

 B - Quest Chocolate Brownie after 1 hour deep water aerobics
L - 3 oz Sadler smoked pork loin (Sam's Club) with 1 oz parmasean cheese crisp
D - going out tonight to Italian.  Probably shrimp or fish - No pasta!
