Woohoo! One Year! Lots of Pics & Advice (Long)
Even at a year out, I still do two protein shakes a day. I never was a breakfast person so I have one in the morning for breakfast, that has 32g of protein in them and I still do one before or after my workout, so that give me 64g of protein just from the shakes alone. As a snack I will do cheese sticks or turkey pepperoni chips and my lunch and dinner always consist of a protein. I do not fill up on veggies or breads, I still stick strictly to the meats to fill me up, like a chicken beef or fish!

Yes, it was Maui, we went this past November and are going back for Thanksgiving this year since we fell in love with it! It's definitely the most beautiful place I have ever been and can't wait to go back. Thanks for your kind words. I enjoy all of your post Jimbo, they always put a smile on my face!
