Need way less sleep now...
Interesting fact- now that I work out a lot, and have lost so much weight, and my sleep apnea is gone, I can't seem to sleep more than 6-7 hours a night. I wake up well rested. I don't mind too much, but it's a little annoying to be wide awake at 3am, 4am in the morning....

R u tired @ 9... maybe u could gradually start going to bed a little later and when u get to like 11 or 12 pm u wont wake until 5 or 6?

how funny! I was just discussing this with my hubby. My surgery is on Friday 3/9 but I have lost some weight on my pre op diet and have been exercising regularly. Before I use to drag my self out of bed at 7am now my body wakes up at 5:30 am and I'm full of energy. Its so weired. I thought it was the excitement of my surgery just being two days away but now I'm starting to think its the weight loss and exercise. I'm not complaining I actually like it. Now if I can get my hubby to do the same it will be all good.
