Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Sunday
Hi all... sorry this is so late today. I've been doing some major shopping again today. I found some fantastic boots for $8... and two Vegas dresses for $27... and a bunch of other stuff. I also bought a pair of jeans... tried on the 8's and they were TOO BIG! So I went back and got a 6. Fit like a glove!! SO EXCITED!!!!! It's truly unbelievable to think that a year ago I was buying 22's and 2x's. So glad I got my sleeve!
B: two hard boiled egg whites
L: several junk items in a moment of weakness (cookie, cheese curds, jello, tootsie roll, vanilla caramel)
*right back on track*
D: boneless beef ribs in crock pot (they smell delish!)
S: sugar free jello, maybe a protein shake
water: 44 oz done, 56 (yikes!) to go
vitamins: done
exercise: took the dogs on a long walk (they loved it!)

Still on purees...this is my first response to this...but I'm excited for my dinner!
B - 2tsp oatmeal + 2 tsp sugar free boston cream pie yogurt + 2 tsp applesauce - truly delicious
L - attempted first out to eat for weeks - mashed potatos + cottage cheese - not fullfilling...but acceptable.
D - trying eggface's Ricotta Bake - just came out of the oven and I hope it is as delicious as it smells!!
S - I don't really have snacks yet - but I will have some protein drink or maybe try sf pudding with protein
water - I am still struggling b/c it hurts a bit but I am getting close with over 50 done!
vitamins - start them again tomorrow
exercise - I'm still so tired...can I count chasing kids around at church this morning?

It was delicious!!! Like lasagna without noodles...and some of the cheese got a little "chewy" in the good way. :)
I divided it in two and froze one. But I think whenever I make it again, I will make muffin size ones and freeze those for easy portion sized stuff.

B ~ egg omelet with mushroom, tomato and shredded 2% cheddar
L ~ leftover fiesta lime chicken from last night (about 2.5 oz)
S ~ handful of tortilla chips, buffalo chicken dip
D ~ steak fajita with homemade pico de gallo, light sour cream, shredded 2% cheddar and marinated flank steak. YUM.
Water ~ meh. Not great today (weekends are hard!)
Vitamins ~ all but my bedtime dose are done
Exercise ~ yardwork and chasing the kiddo around all day
