B-protien shake
L-slice of low fat swiss cheese and 6 almonds
D- I put my favorite salad in seaweed and rolled it like sushi-lettuce, basil, mango, pinapple, shrimp, red bell pepper and carrots. I used sweet chili salad dressing as a dip for it. It was supper yummy.
S-bad, glass of merlo
vitamins-yes except for those I take right before bed.
Water-over my min.
Exersize- I am doing the couch to 5k every other day-today was run one of week two. I'm a little sore from hiling yesterday, so it was a challenge for me.
