You have had awesome results with your sleeve.  Keep in mind that you could possibly gain back 5-10 when transitioning into maintenance.  Not everyone does, however most do.

 Yeah, that's what one of the reasons I plan to drop a little below this weight first and then work with my maintenance calories, this way if I have a slight regain it won't be a big deal. But honestly, the last 10 lbs have been so hard to get off, I think if I saw any gain I would be right back in my losing routine before I could even blink LOL
