100% excess weight loss is beyond a dream come true! You really did it! Did you do anything a little above normal to help it along so fast? Did you work out a lot? 1 1/2 hrs-2 hrs a day? I've heard some people work out that much to lose the weight super fast. Anyway, congratulations!
I jus****ch what I eat (closely), keep my carbs low, protein high, make sure I get my water and net about 700-900 calories/day. I do run every other day, walk the others and I weight train on days I don't run, usually its over an hours worth of working out but I don't think I have ever hit 2 hours LOL
