I made this tonight.  It was devine.  And my hubby loved it too (always a bonus).  Cilantro Lime Shrimp:

3 oz of these shrimp = 99 calories, 18g protein, 1g carb, 2g fat, loads of flavor

I buy a 16oz container of cilantro lime shrimp from Costco already made. I have been eating that and cottage cheese for lunch all week. It makes for an easy quick lunch with not much preparation at all.
