Yummy high protien breakfast!
there is no ricotta in it.
Just egg whites , plus 2 whole eggs, milk.
Put in muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray. Add what you like.
I added sundried tomatoes chopped, fresh basil, feta.
The other ones had sundried tomatoes, basil, asparagus and monzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
I also made some for my family with the whole eggs, ham , cheese and ones with crisp bacon and cheese.
The possibilites are endless.
