It's Friday!  Finally!  It's been the week from hell at work and I'm so ready for the weekend.

B: Protein shake, coffee w/creamer
L: Inside of a southwest flatbread (2oz grilled chicken, lettuce, sprinkle of pepperjack cheese, salsa), 1/2 cup lettuce salad w/ 1/2 T salsa ranch
S: greek yogurt w/sf preserves
D: 3 oz baked ranch chicken breast, a few red bell pepper strips
S: 2 hard boiled egg whites

water: 62 oz done, 38 to go
vites: done
exercise: day off!

I have confirmed that my smelly gas and weird BM were from the Stevia.  :(  That sucks because I liked it so much better than splenda.  But back to splenda I go.

I am 2 1/2 weeks post op...

B:  4 oz Protein shake, made with FF Lactaid and Plant Fusion 105c/15P
S:  3/4 Fage Greek yogurt with Blueberries/acai 100c/11P
L:  1 oz Gluten Free Protein Pretzels 120c/12P
S:  1/4c LF cottage cheese and 1/4c FF Greek Yogurt and sugar free jellow 95c/10P
D:  8 oz Protein shake 210c/30P
S:  Not sure yet... but probably some LF cottage cheese with hummus. 1/2c... or less  90c/8P

720 calories and 86 protein

Excercise: Done- 1 hr cardio weighlifting class.  Wish I had time for more today... but alas, I don't
Water: 32 down, 32 to go...

 B: 100 calorie container oikos greek yogurt with chocolate, one morningstar farms sausage breafast patty
S: Small nonfat latte, .5 quest bar before workout, .5 quest bar after workout
L: 1 ounce quinoa salad, one Vegetable bocca burger, .5 container sugar free pudding, slice of fat free cheese on burger
S: nut sure yet... something lower in calories- maybe one once turkey pepperoni and a babybel cheese
D: 2 ounces tuna, .5 TBS fat free mayo
S: Drink (either a screwdriver, blooder mary, or light beer), one ounce beef jerky, one ounce soy nuts

I'm going out with friends tonight, and sitting in the fancy VIP section of the movie theater that serves food and drinks. I am going to bring my own snacks, but plan on having a drink there :)

L:  refried beans with a little cheese and sour cream
