It's the weekend! Whoot!
B: protein shake (tried a new one... got a Syntrax Matrix sampler pack and had the Orange Cream... yum!), coffee w/ sf creamer
S: cheese stick, beef jerky, 6 pringles (holy red flag batman... took myself out the situation and got back on track)
L: 3 oz leftover baked chicken breast
D: sushi!!
S: sf jello
water: 60 oz done, 40 oz to go
vites: done
exercise: I wanted to run outside but it's raining... so not sure

Today is more of a "what haven't I eaten" day.
Morning - nonfat latte, greek yogurt, 3oz hamburger, 2 slices of bacon (not all at once!)
Afternoon - 2oz roasted edamame, 3oz crockpot chicken, coffee with cream
Evening - Goodness knows!
My only saving grace is that I'm headed for the gym and will be there for 2-3 hours, and spend the rest of the night making up for all the liquids I haven't gotten in yet.

1/2 ounce of canadian bacon
1 oz half and half with another cup of coffee (only drank half thoughz)

D: don't know yet (hoping to convince the hubs to take me for Ahi sushi then to Foxwoods for some poker)

I'm not sleeved yet but doc wants me to lose 20-25 lbs prior or surgery or optifast... Celebrating small victories.... Today at much I didn't steal any of the hubbies fries.... I deleted the bacon from my spinach salad with dressing on the side so I could use just a teaspoon.... And no bread from the sandwich we shared I just ate the roast beef. Also drank jus****er... Oh how I miss the bubbles from my diet coke.... I won't comment about how I still ate the Ozzie rolls at Jackson's here in Reston VA... Oh I so can't resist those... But overall based on what I ate there two weeks ago this is a vast improvement.
So far down 3 pounds this past week.... I'll take that... Ohhh better go update my weight... Newbie and I keep forgetting things....

I work nights, sleep days.
Breakfast: ½ protein bar - chocolate something or other and 1 cup of hot tea with peppermint and cinnamon candies (I REALLY need to find some sugar free candies for my tea when I go shopping this week.)
Snack (after sleeping all night) 1 slice of Cajun chicken breast sandwich meat (like 30 calories) and 1 cup of hot tea with peppermint and teeny tiny cinnamon candies.
LUNCH: ½ protein bar. Strawberry yogurt something or other.
Snack: about 1/2 cup spinach from a can.
DINNER: Will be a Bocaburger and about 10 baked fries.
I'm still working out what I can/cannot eat and when to eat.
